We loved every single thing about our stay! From the Bellmen to the Front Desk, to the Bar, to Housekeeping! The epitome of exceptional quality and service. Both of us come from hospitality in the Bahamas, so we KNOW service and quality oh too well. We checked in with a minor issue and within 5 minutes it was not only addressed but resolved. Speed, efficiency, professionalism and excellence are on point and we will be back sooner than later. Located in Panama City, 8.2 km from Bridge of the Americas, Gran Evenia Panamá Hotel provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. location was ideal, transportation was easy, and staff was very helpful, if I needed a taxi. Breakfast was very good, facilities were always clean. The bonus for me was the staff were consistently pleasant and willing to help in anyway. The lively modern decor throughout was uplifting.

The guy in the reception was extremely nice and helpful, nice breakfast, nice pool on the rooftop, huge rooms and comfortable beds.

Located 2 km from Metropolitan National Park in Panama City at El Cangrejo, Hotel Milan Panama features a restaurant, bar and free WiFi. Free private parking is available on site. All the staff were just lovely!!!! The cleaners, porters and reception staff were very nice! I don't think you could beat the price for what you get. It's basic but comfortable with a good aircondtioner in a central and safe location!!

The location is perfect, and the hotel is super clean. The whole staff goes above and beyond to answer all your questions and requests. 100% recommend the hotel. The room (2123) Premium Ocean view was beautiful, spacious, squeaky clean, with all the comforts and amenities you would expect from a Hilton Hotel, beautiful balcony with an extended ocean view. The staff courteous, professional and very helpful in all venues. People like Luis at the Bar with his witty humor and Alejandra in the Panamanian restaurant with her professional charm, go a long way in making a difference. First time I have seen in a Hotel a TV displaying all available channels summarized in one page with their logos, immensely facilitating the usual burden of identifying the available channels. Overall a great experience at the Balboa Hilton. Will surely return in our next trip ti Panama
